sorry if I appear a little forward but I noticed your negative comment on Amy's site the other day, you seemed very low and a little isolated. Even though its none of my business and feel free to ignore it.. but.. I would recommend that you get dressed , leave your house for a few hours and head into university When you feel isolated and a bit "outside" of it all the tendency to shut yourself off can be so strong. Having been here myself and spent many a week locked away I know what trully help was to feel part of the world. Go get on a bus on a tuesday morning and listen to all the old ladies gossiping as they ride around and around. Or swim on a wednesday afternoon at your local pool when all the mums and kiddies go. Sit in a greesy spoon drinking tea and chat to the traffic wardens. Get out there, take a pad and pencil with you and take down what you hear see and smell...
